The platform provides technical tools for verifying transaction processing speed, international tax compliance, and cybersecurity auditing. Services are provided "as is," without implied warranties of continuous availability or error-free operation.
The user undertakes to use the platform exclusively for legal purposes, not to infringe intellectual property rights, and not to introduce malicious data. Any attempt to compromise system security will result in immediate suspension of access.
vitesssepsp is not liable for indirect losses, moral damages, or business interruptions caused by improper use of the platform. The provider's total liability is limited to the subscription fee paid in the last 12 months.
The user may terminate use of the platform at any time by deactivating their account. vitesssepsp reserves the right to suspend or terminate access in case of breach of terms, without prior notice.
These terms may be updated periodically. Users will be notified by email 30 days before changes take effect. Continued use after the new terms come into force constitutes acceptance thereof.
